It's a bit small, but I clearly didn't check the size when ordering. It has two arms made of wire and comes with batteries, so it can be turned on and lights up right away.

Ordered for my daughter and granddaughters. They love them and think they are cool. They were so excited they couldn’t wait for October so they’ve already hung them up and want more.
